The rooms were spotlessly clean and mine was unique with delicious breakfast, stylish furniture and excellent shower. The service provided there was great. The hotel created a charming environment.

Got quiet deluxe king room with a good atmosphere when arrived, truly enjoyed that. The hotel had an amazing location quite close to Port of Palma de Mallorca. Besides, we were just next door to all the attractions of the historic district of Palma and Old Town.

The staff were amazingly nice, the breakfast was delicious and everything was perfect. Its location was very central, metres from Port of Palma de Mallorca. The deluxe queen room was unique, included a shower, a hair dryer, and bath sheets.

The rooms are tastefully decorated and well-appointed with an electric kettle, an air conditioning, and an individual safe. The hotel provides an excellent service. Genuinely helpful and responsive staff contributes to create charming atmosphere.

The location of the property was perfect and peaceful, close to everything important in Palma. The lunch in El Birrete within walking distance of the hotel had every choice imaginable. Bread, cakes, fruit, and cheese were local and overall there was a lot of food.

I had a wonderful stay in a centrally located hotel that was close to all the main attractions of Palma. The room was beautiful and super clean, with an excellent kit of creams and shampoo. The breakfast was healthy and fresh, and I loved the fact that the hotel was near the wonderful covered market, which was excellent if you wanted to cook. The staff were very friendly and made me feel welcome.

There was some outside noise and noise from other guests that could be a bit distracting at times.

Enjoyed the stay, it was very good in Palma old town. Had unbeatable location close to most sights in Mallorca, a short walk from La Rambla. Besides, we were near the best shopping, bars and restaurants, the centre of Old Town Palma, and all the attractions of the historic district of Palma.

We had a wonderful stay at Canavall - a true hidden gem in the heart of Palma. The attention to detail in the design and comfort of the rooms was exceptional. From the soft, oversized bath towels to the convenient coffee machine, everything was thoughtfully arranged to ensure a pleasant stay. The breakfast, with freshly squeezed orange juice, was a great start to the day. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the beautiful city. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend Canavall for a memorable stay in Palma.

Immaculately clean and chic place, supper friendly staff. The most important - marvellous location fantastic to get around the city or take public transportation to other parts of the island. Unique deluxe queen room with a great breakfast.

This hotel was a hidden gem tucked away on a quiet street just off the main street. The location couldn't have been more perfect - right in the middle of the old town, close to the cathedral, plazas, and the best bars and restaurants in Palma. The staff were incredibly friendly and the rooms were tastefully furnished, with comfortable beds and attention to detail. The continental breakfast was just enough to get us going for the day, with freshly squeezed juice and artisan bread.

All was perfect, couldn't ask for more.
